Project Tap: Bringing Professional Tap Dance to Dallas
At Project Tap, our mission is simple yet powerful: to bring world-class professional tap dance to the Dallas area. While our city is fortunate to enjoy a vibrant arts scene, opportunities to experience professional tap dance remain limited. We believe Dallas deserves the full spectrum of dance, and we are committed to making that vision a reality.
Our Goal
We aim to raise $15,000 to bring three professional tap companies to Dallas for a special performance on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Bank of America Theater in the Eisemann Center. Your support will help cover travel and accommodations, ensuring these incredible artists can share their talent with our community.
Why It Matters
Arts organizations across our region do an outstanding job showcasing contemporary and modern dance. Yet, tap dance—the uniquely American art form—remains underrepresented. By supporting this project, you’ll help fill that gap and enrich Dallas with a more inclusive and dynamic arts experience.
